According to the National Science Foundation, an average person has about 60,000 thoughts per day. Of these, 80% are negative and 95% are repetitive thoughts. The MAC Gratitude Challenge is the perfect opportunity to rewire your thinking patterns by practicing daily gratitude.
Join your fellow Members in training your brain to think positive. Visit this blog and comment in the box below (scroll to the bottom of the page) with one thing that you are grateful for each day in April. Please be sure to include your name.
Each day you participate, you will earn $1 toward an Amazon gift card. You must complete at least 27/30 days to receive a $30 Amazon gift card at the end of the challenge. If you miss 3 or more out of 30 days (both consecutive and non-consecutive), you will be eliminated from this challenge.
Goal: Aim for 30 days and witness how this impacts your mental health!
